We are always happy when the developers from our community come up with different projects in mind that we can develop together. This was also the case with this new project that Andrei, a great developer in our community and also a Remote Warrior coach, wanted to share with all of us.

The project consists of a series of CSS courses created by Andrei with a lot of passion and dedication, giving from his knowledge gathered during years of work and sleepless nights the chance to learn, grow and become our best version in the future. You can find the other chapters of the course in the Tech section of our blog - here.

Now let's discover the next part of the course together! Enjoy!

  1. Topics of discussion
  2. CSS pseudo-selectors and pseudo-classes

Let's start off with some button and link related pseudo-selectors:

These pseudo selectors come in very handy when you want to style certain states of an element if the defaults are not to your liking. Let's move on to number based pseudo-selectors:

Finally, let's go through some content, text, and relational pseudo-selectors:

These are the most common pseudo-selectors you will use. If you want some further reading, take a look here.

And that about covers it for this tutorial. In the next one, we are going to talk about centering content inside an element. See you then.
